If you can deal with a completely inept management and maintenance staff this is not a bad place. I had tiles falling out of my tub for 3 months before they actually fixed it, I had empty water bottles taken by management off of my patio because they decided it they were not supposed to be there and they deny knowledge of most of the maintenance requests I've had in the past. When I moved in there were problems too, like the AC not working or drawers in the kitchen that were broken, or crayon marks on the blinds from the previous animals that lived there. Lastly, there is no escape from the smell of curry, since every building has at least one curry eating family.

The picture posted is not Arbor Hills in Nutley/Belleville. Perhaps this author is referring to another development.
