I've lived in Arbor Hills (first renting and now owning) since 2002.

The prior management left much to be desired.

However, I cannot complain about the new management.

Any repairs are done within 48 hours and they've made it a practice to follow-up with a courtesy call.

Big rooms.

Amazing amount of closet space.

My neighbors are very friendly.

Pools are VERY clean.

Grounds are beautifully kept.

Walking distance to Washington Avenue (shopping) and bus stops.

Perfect for anyone commuting to NYC.
