The people that live in my building are all very nice and friendly.
The staff of workers are all helpful and cordial.
The gym is awesome and so is the pool.
Mostly working class people with a few retirees.

Please post a review of the apartment you live in and the quality of the apartment.. and not the people who live in the building or the workers .. Gym is awesome ????? If 4 pieces of equipment is awesome to you, you need a new rating system...bwahahahahahahahah

So funny!!!! 4 pieces of 1970 gym equipment. hahaha. Arbor Hills is a total ---- hole staff and most tenants included. If you want a 'newark (ghetto)' kind a feel, Arbor Hills is your place. Just waiting for the 'section 8' OK on the next real estate ad....lol
