Despite what some people on here may say (the person who wrote the 11/25/08 review), it is a good place to live. Arbor Hills is good for single, newly married or retirees. I bought my place two years. I had it completely renovated and it looks very nice. I have a granite sink and gold trimmings in the bathroom. There are a plethora of outlets to plug your electronics. There is a descent amount of closet space. My only complaint is that the gym needs to have more equipment and be open later. I think paying $350 a year should be optional and not required. Other than that, I'm happy to be living there.

if you bought the house 2 yrs , why come and write a review now??? How much do you pay in taxes and maintenance? what floor do you live in? Have you checked with NJDEP? And I was just saying a few things to consider in my review...as was asking people to do their DD..and then its up to them... Something that is not worth the $$$ to me... may be a good deal to you.. I was just stating the points...to each of their own....
