Despite what some people on here may say (the person who wrote the 11/25/08 review), it is a good place to live.

Arbor Hills is good for single, newly married or retirees.

I bought my place two years.

I had it completely renovated and it looks very nice.

I have a granite sink and gold trimmings in the bathroom.

There are a plethora of outlets to plug your electronics.

There is a descent amount of closet space.

My only complaint is that the gym needs to have more equipment and be open later.

I think paying $350 a year should be optional and not required.

Other than that, I'm happy to be living there.

Heat is a joke..You would have to buy space heaters and heat your cold feet..as the management keeps the thermostat @ a bare minimum..and the control inside the apt is of no use.....Good luck...
