Pros:
The area is a great place to live. The apartment complex is clean and quite. For the most part the people are friendly. The super is always positive and tries to help whenever she can. The apartment is spacious and fairly well kept. Easy access to highways and good spots to eat.
Cons:
The rent is a bit high, wouldn't be so bad if you didn't have to pay parking in addition. The heat in the winter is a bit much, it runs non stop. The building is old which makes it charming but there?s nothing like new.
Overall not a bad place to live for a year or two till you can buy a place of your own!

P.S. try to get a month or two free rent included in your lease.
