I lived here in the summer of 2002 and moved out in the summer of 2003. The rent is outrageous! The kitchen and the bathroom are very tiny. The heat is non stop in the winter months and it's really quite suffocating. The parking is really pathetic. There is no parking to accommodate everyone in the building and there is no overnight parking in the town of Nutley so you are forced to pay an outrageous amount of money to pay for a spot to park your car. When stuff needs fixing, forget about getting it fixed. You might as well do it yourself, because nothing gets fixed in a timely manner. And when it is fixed, it breaks again! I would NOT recommend anyone to this place, especially anything under WESTMINSTER MANAGEMENT; this company is only concerned with making money. They will rip off innocent renters to make a quick buck and not care. Please be cautious when renting anywhere when you see that the property is managed by Westminster Management, because dealing with these people is impossible. Westminster is strictly about making money and they make plenty of money from outrageous high rent that they force you to pay! mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH
