Parking is extra...75 dollars extra a month on top of the astronomcal rent. And there aren't even enough spots! And Nutley doesn't let you park on the street, so what are you suppossed to do'

Past tenants have told of having to go to small claims court to get their security deposits back. I can't wait to be in their shoes.

Here's the laundry list of complaints:

-too thin walls built for conducting sound from one apartment to the next. My upstairs neighbor is about 4'11" weighs about 90 lbs yet it sounds like 2 elephants wrestling above my bed whenever she walks around. Sweet lady, I went to talk to her and she showed me that she walks like a feather--it's the cheap reconstruction in the building's fault, not hers.

-If you like heat, this is the place for you. MY thermometer clocked the temp at 89 degrees...at four in the morning. The heat is gone when you wake up and are ready for bed. It rocks at 4 in the morning, though. I love waking up in a pool of my own sweat.

-The heating unit in the basement is probably from the 1920's...it sounds like there is a helipad in the basement housing around 12 helicopters

-The super will come and fix your problem when you ask...for the twelfth time.

-There was a nice fire recently. The tenants from beneath the apartment that caught fire complained repeatedly that chemicals were spilling from their ceilings, down their walls from the apartment upstairs. Management did nothing. That families belongings and furniture were destroyed in the process of putting out the fire above their home. Perhaps if management had taken steps when complaints were made about strange chemicals...

-There are much cheaper, nicer places to live in the town of Nutley

-Westminster Management doesn't actually exist--they are a name only. Kushner Companies owns and operates this building and all other Westminster Managed apartment buildings. Adam Grushko is the building manager, at Kushner, in Livingston, NJ.
