Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
Over-priced. Not enough parking spaces for tenants AND if you are lucky enough to get a spot, it is $75 extra per month. Since the Town of Nutley does not allow parking on the street overnight (go figure), where are you suppossed to park'
The building is very noisy and aside from the laundry room there are ZERO amenities included for the ridiculously high rent.
Nutley is a nice town...quiet, peaceful, convenient...but there are much more affordable places to live in the town that Hillside Gardens. For the cost of this place you would think you would at least get a parking space and that the building would have a workout facility (like other high-priced apartment building's). nope. nothing.
