This place is terrible... It takes forever to get anything fixed and when we didn't renew our lease and there was a problem with the tile in the bathroom we were told "you're moving out anyway, do we really have to fix it now'" We have been over charged, and even received an eviction notice by accident because of a problem on their end!

Forget about your parking space in the winter... The plows do a terrible job and if they do come they completely block you in.

Make friends with the manager Adam because he seems to be the only one who gets anything done around there.

There are much better apartments out there in this same range. Look into Montclair especially upper Montclair for some great deals or on Craigslist. Even if you pay a bit more you can get a lot in return. We're moving to a great tiny complex with walk up units and a super who would do anything. She even got us a brand new fridge because we though

This is a true post - I'm actually having the same problems with the so-called "new management". The name changed - the principals are the same. The only change is that the place is getting more beautiful on the outside and a disgrace on the inside. Forget about Adam doing anything - he's part of the problem not the solution.
