Overall great but expensive

I would highly recommend this place to anyone - however I am moving out because it is simply to expensive for me. The super is great and makes the effort to do whatever she can for you and you apartment although I do have to say it may take a while before things are fixed. However, the apartment is great, the town is great and it is very quiet surrounding. I lived in a Studio Apartment on the fifth floor and would say that I could call this place a home. However, I do have to say that this place is very expensive. Plus, the paid parking is a bummer - it adds up. $65 on the lot in front of the building and $50 across the street. Overall, an excellet place to live, very clean and quaint building the super is great and management OK.
