Yea this place really stinks... people can hear your every move. When you watch tv and such, the crazy lady who lives upstairs will knock on your door asking to be quiet but then move luggage around at 3am.

Some of the people are nice but it is really inconvenient living there, even though they claim its the best. The garbage area is in the dark scary parking lot and the laundry room is tucked away in a rapist haven. The only good thing is the park being right outside but you dont live in the park so that selling point only lasts but so long.

All in all I would have to say that Village Manor stinks, if you are going to pay good money for a place, pay for someplace where you actually get what you pay for, not get ripped off.

Also they like to walk into your home anytime even if you are not there so who knows what they do when you aren't watching.

I totally agree with this review. As far as the parking goes, they do not repaint the lines and other tenants will park in your space. You can't park on the street overnight so that is not option. Management will tell you to call the police and have them ticketed. They avoid all confrontations.
