Great apartment but can hear neighbors stomping upstairs - I've been here several months and the apartments are great. The grounds are well kept and the Super is very nice. I love this place - I moved in in late 2004 and I have never enjoyed living somewhere as much as here. It is a quiet building with a nice staff. Former Tenant I do not live here anymore but I would move back if the rent was lower and parking was better. The apartments are clean except the halls that the crew they hire doesn't know not to use a dirty mop. Very nice park to enjoy and close to majority of Nutley. You should check it out.
