Hillside Gardens 47% Recommended Apr 06 2008: I was surprised to read the many negative comments below. In contrast, I offer anyone thinking about moving to Hillside Gardens the following story. After just two months of moving in, a branch from a tree on the property fell Arbor Hills 54% Recommended Apr 01 2008: Arbor Hills is a great place to live. The new manager Sharon is doing a great job. Any time I call for a repair it is taken care of within 24 hours. The grounds look wonderful. The office is now Hillside Gardens 47% Recommended Jan 18 2008: The superintendant is very nice and gets the repairs done - if it's one he can do; however the manager Marina is curt and unpleasant. When my last repair was done (4 weeks after reporting) - it was done poorly. Arbor Hills 54% Recommended Jan 02 2008: I have been very happy with my stay. Maintenance is handled promptly, parking is a bit strict, pools are very well maintained and accesable. love it in the summer. There is no noise whatsoever. Easy access to roads and hiways. Hillside Gardens 47% Recommended Dec 19 2007: We have been living here for about 9 months. The place is great. The people here are great and whenever we have a problem ,they fix it right away. |
