Nice Town Nice Apartments - I currently live in this complex and I love it. Awful Place to live Clearly, the person who wrote that review WAS in fact one of the staff members as every single statement (aside from it being very hot) was false. I know most of the residents in the Lincoln and Ambassador Apts. and no one is happy with Morgan Properties, the management.

Wonderful place to live I have lived in Arbor Hills for many years...i could not be happier! close to NYC, close to the Meadowlands, and great restaurants. I feel totally safe with the 24hour security guard...no place like it in North NJ...Maintenance and management are great!

Noise!!!Bed bugs! It is very noisy, you will hear your neighbors and screaming kids, the constructions workers all the time. Plus, need to mention the bed bugs and not polite unprofessional staff. The maintenance is poor, espeially during the winter time. I would not recommend!
