I've been living at Creswood for 2 years. The good points are:
1. The landlord is very nice and responsive to your problems.
2. Maintenance issues, no matter how small, are usually handled immediately.
3. The rent has only increased $5-$10 per year.
4. The area is relatively safe, considering it's proximity to Camden. I've seen the police on site two times in two years. I haven't heard of any burglaries or major crimes committed.
5. The prices are very reasonable.
6. The quality of the apartments is very good, considering how low the rent is.
7. I can't stress enough how great the landlord is. Compared to other reviews I've read on the site, the one at Creswood is great!
8. The people that live in the apartment are generally nice and don't cause a lot of noise or loiter outside.
9. The grounds are kept clean and well lit.

The bad points are:
Minor repairs are needed. I'm sure if I complained to management they would fix it, it's just not a priority for me right now. The repairs are:
1. The closet doors are old and coming off of the tracks.
2. The toilet leaks sometimes, but once again I haven't complained as it dosen't happen often (3-4 times in 2 years).
3. The drain in the sink and bathtub clogs occasionally. Anytime I have called to unclog them, it has been taken care of right away.
4. The air conditioner in the apartment above me leaked onto my ceiling, which created huge leaks all over my apartment. The problem was taken care of, but I had to call again because they forgot to replace a tile. In all, the problem was taken care of quickly.
5. Besides small repairs, the walls are pretty thin - you can sometimes hear the tv through the walls, and people walking on the 2nd floor can be heard.

In all, I think this is a great place to live!
