Indeed, these are one of the cheaper apartment complexes in the area, but not worth your trouble. My apartment failed the gas inspection. Other buildings are infested with meal worms, mice and termites. Base rent increases $25.00 per year, which increases the required deposit as well.

Management neglects tenant complaints and barely maintains the landscaping. Calling maintenance means subjecting yourself to disrespect, ignorance, and unfriendly service.

During showers, the water annoyingly vascillates between hot and cold.

For families with children, the "park" is a disaster - grafitti, condoms, and shoddy workmanship such as missing ladder rungs, broken ropes, overgrown shrubbery and outdated safety guidelines (iron equipment over the safer plastic, etc). The park also sits next to the complex dump/sand pile, which looks ghastly.

Swimming in the pool gave me itchy, pink eyes and not worth the $50 mandatory annual fee. The pool bathrooms and tennis courts need attention. No control over the heat means a freezing apartment during the winter. The coin laundry facilities in the basements of some buildings are dirty and neglected. People I know use the laundromats in town.
