I have lived here for 2 years and that is 2 years to long. This apartment complex is disgusting. They said NO PETS but they're everywhere the person upstairs from me has a dog and lets him run around upstairs and bark, and when the dog messes they don't pick up after him. We have complained about the noise of the dog and our neighbors upstairs, but nothing gets done about it. It feel like we live with the people upstairs, thats how loud they are, You can here everything. It is also very hard to get a parking spot. And the bugs (silverfish) 10 monthes out of the year we have to put up with these bugs. there is also mold. The laundry room is extremely disgusting, DO NOT bother with that one, take your laundry elswhere. Forget about the maintenance people, it takes them forever to do anything, not to mention how RUDE they are. This complex also charges for a pool fee of $50 dollars every year. I would NOT swim in that pool. They also up your rent $25 dollars for the first and second year, and charge you an exta security deposit every year as well. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME EVEN LOOKING HERE.

I think its great you took the time to post a picture of the nasty laundry room, thank you. Im not sure if the playground is still a disaster but some pictures of that would be helpful

1. What do you expect them to do about your noisy neighbor? Should the superintendent lock them away in some kind of Middlebrook Jail? Maybe you should have filed a complaint with the proper authorities, aka, the police. 2. I'm sure they don't hide the fact that there is a yearly $50 fee for the pool but you're complaining about it after choosing to live there? 3. I worked at the Middlebrook Pool and the health inspector that cleared it to open said it was one of the cleanest and most professionally run in the area. 4. Regarding that little picture you have there, all I see is a bunch of lint and dryer sheets left on the ground and a table damaged by either you or your neighbors. 5. Going back to the beginning of your review, what do you expect the complex to do about people with pets? No judge will evict someone for having a pet, and there is no way of knowing which pile of poop belongs to which dog/tenant.
