I don't see why others complain, I mean the office staff are really nice and it is really inexpensive, especially compared to other places in the area! The apartments are huge with tons of closet space and maintenance will fix everything usually within just a week or so, much sooner if it is an emergency. Plus they are all newly renovated since last summer and I love the new cabinets and stove. The grounds are always so clean and beautifully landscaped too. Definitely a great place to live!!

I like this place. I am going to apply but wondering how difficult credit check is to pass? Are they strict? My roommate has good credit but I don't. Anyone have any advice?
