Lock your doors! I live next to a neighbor who gets drunk then won't leave me alone. This is bldg 72, third to the last bldg on the left. He rings the doorbell at 11PM when I am sleeping and have work the next day. He does this until I wake up and tell him to leave.

He also fights with his teenage son at night and this is noisy.

The maintenance question is a joke. I reported brown water in my bathroom tub and sink. Jeff, the superintendant, claimed Middlebrook was not responsible for the brown water and blamed the problem on the water company. Then, he didn't know or refused tell me the number for the water company!

My lease says pets are not allowed, but many have them and let them roam freely. I was chased down by a pitbull once.

unfortnately, My family and I have been living here for the past eight yrs. If finances weren't a issue, wouldn't still be here. If you ever have a problem with the employees forget it. Per management they are always right and they never have time to speak to you.

Middlebrook is a joke. I am one person living in a one bedroom apartment with one car and never a place to park. All, but a few of the apartments around me have 2 cars, some having three and think they have cart blanche to parking wherever they want with disregard and disrespect to anyone else. Complain to management? Haha, I've done it so many times, management could care less even though the lease clearly states only one car to be parked in front of the apt you live in, the others should be parked on the street. Management clearly lets anyone move in; doesn't matter how many to the family. Hey folks, you want to impress the rest of us, instead of having 3 cars and jamming ALL your family members into one apartment, how about buying your family a real house. I would love to get the "H" out of here.

First of all, when you rent an apartment, you should expect some noise. You aren't living in a farmhouse on 50 acres in Montana, you're in the middle of a building with at least a dozen or so other people in it. Second, if brown water came out of your pipes it was because the water was shut down to fix some of the plumbing, and dirt probably got in the pipes if they were underground. This happens all the time. The water clears up in about 10 seconds or less. People love to complain about their neighbors, but we are not the police. We can't be responsible for monitoring the cars of 916 families whether there is something in the lease or not. Also, we hate it when people lie to us and have extra people living in their apartment but what are we supposed to do, conduct raids and ID everyone in the apartments?
