This place is terrible, staff-nasty!!! People who live here mostly B1tc3$!!! and if u have no other options at least do not move into bldg 45 apt 10. or u will be sued out of ur mind, ull have cops coming out every day. I mean its ok to move here if u dont have a life, a job and u dont breath, but otherwise there is a lot of much better apt's in ocean and at a cheeper price, the maintnance is not that great. Our heat broke last year and they fixed it only when we desided to move out, our window fell out(from being old) and we had to live without a window for 2 weeks, with no heat and its COLD OUTSIDE!!!!! no body cares what u want-and u still have to pay them money!!! so please save yourself some time and money and move in here!!!!!!!!!!!

I try not to answer these reviews, people are intitled to their opinion, However, this review is just ridicules. I am on site, I have the same office and phone number and my email address has been posted and published for over two years and you are telling me that someoen would allow the maintinance office to not respond for two weeks after a window has fallen out and that they would just put up with the cold, please! Over 90% of the windows have been changed in the last two years and I assure you if a window did "fall out" it would be repaired within 24 hours. Also we are the least expensive for a compriable unit in this town, Thank you
