The floor plan is nice and open in the upstairs apartment. At least the one we had. A nice big window in the living room was also a plus. The closet in the bedroom was big, the bedroom was big, and the bathroom had a closet with shelves in it that I was impressed with. It was the older model so the paint was chiping, the windows were drafty, some of the screens had small holes in them. The kitchen left more to be desired. It was really old looking and not new at all. We had problems with silver fish bugs and centipedes in the warmer months. Our neighbors kept to themselves but when "the girlfriend" was over you could clearly here yelling and things being moved around, and slamming. The parking is always full on Tuesdays because of the movie deal at the theater for the optimum card free movie deal. My car got hit by a shopping cart that the cop even said it was done with force, leaving a HUGE dent in the side. I only had the car 2 weeks, a new mustang!

I did like the court yard and it was close to a movie theater, gym, and nice shopping center. I was a nice first apartment for my now husband, when he was a collage student. I lived in the place for a year and got tired of it quickly. It was a good deal for the price.
