You Get What You Pay For We've been unable to get rid of roaches because they won't spray the neighbor's apartment unless THEY request it. Had to call on nearly a daily basis to have the boiler checked during the winter because we weren't getting enough heat. World's worst

I've been living here for 14 years. Find it safe and very convenient. The office staff is wonderful. Joe and Loretta are always on top of things. Must hand it to Herman, still working!! The apartments themselves, however a little old, are well sized and have ample closet space
