Stay away!!! Do not fix repairs (3years and still a leak now with mold) / always have issues with snow removal (dont even ask) / parking is a nightmare - (i was 2 hours late for work because some fool parked behind me blocking me in - private property police can not do anything)

terrible maintenance i lived in country club and recently moved to continental gardens.
their heating system is horrible.
the maintenance people give lame reasons saying "touch the pipe and feel the heat"

You Get What You Pay For We've been unable to get rid of roaches because they won't spray the neighbor's apartment unless THEY request it. Had to call on nearly a daily basis to have the boiler checked during the winter because we weren't getting enough heat. World's worst
