Th is complex is so poorly run by management . If you need something done it takes weeks to get repaired and the attitude is if you do not like it then you can move as we can rent your apartment to someone else at a higher rent. I personally have gone to the township to file complaints and they have sent in code enforcement to make management do repairs. Parking is a joke as you are only allowed 2 cars (per your lease agreement) and some tenants have 3-5 cars and you can not park. Management does not care about anyone. The place is becoming very run down and dirty. The kids in the development jump all over your cars and the parents don't do a thing about it because the attitude is not my kid. The parking lots are always flooded with water. They should advertise as waterfront property.
