This place has so much bad history going back many years it's not even funny. It goes like this. The fromt building on the right when you make your left into the complex is the ONLY building which is maintained (770, 771, 772, etc.) and that's because of its visability. The fact that they have the nerve to ask more than $300 a month for any apartment here (even the townhouse) is highway robbery.

Expect hard concrete floors, 900 coats of paint on the wall which actually has cut down on the actual square footage. People do have 3, 4 and 5 cars, because the cars are so nasty they can't be resold. It's a car graveyard. If you like old cars, escpecially Lincoln Mark IVs just drop buy.

Maintenance is mind blowing, the resident manager hasn't been good since Paul Huylebrook, and any owner (John Bender) would need more than a $1,000,000 to make it nice. The homeowners are embarressed its there.
