OK Complex to live

I am living in this complex for about a year, Wow, the million dollar renovation did a little on the apartments. However, i thought they might even fix the parking area. The parking area is not that great to look at as well as some of the apartments, which I believe that some apartment can use a face lift. However,This complex does not have a pool, tennis courts, Gym or any different activities for adults or kids. This look like any other plain complex I lived before.For the amount to money you are paying rent, you better off renting in Pine View right down the street. Is worth it.At least they have a pool. Please note, that this complex is very quiet and not that many kids hanging outside the parking lot. The location is great , close to everything !! As for Management. they are OK , so far no complaints. Before you decide to rent an apartment here, please drive down and look for yourself.
