Looks good at first but not all its cracked up to be

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
The million dollar renovation is hard to believe when the grounds are keep in the shabby conditions it is in. The bathroom and
kitchen fixtures are cheap and easily broken.
It looks good on the outside but when you take a closer look its to worth the rent that is charged.
