If you are considering moving into this apartment complex you should know that maintenance and the overall condition of the buildings are extremely poor. It takes a long time to have something fixed in your apartment by maintenance; and I mean long (over one week and up to a year or more for major things). There were things that were not fixed in my apartment for over a year because either maintenance forgot or said that they were too busy. Calling the management does not work either because they will either ignore you or say that maintenance is too busy at the time. Often times they never even return your phone call; just a terrible customer service.

The complex is very old with rotting walls, mildew and carpets which have not been replaced for years.

I think there are better deals close by that you can rent without the headache of dealing with management and maintenance.
