Been there for six months. The kitchen and bathroom are real small, but the rest of the place is OK. I am in the last building on the right and there is always parking available. The heat is LOUD but works well otherwise. I've only had to use maintenance once and they were quick.
At night it's very quiet. No complaints about noisey kids - at least in the winter.
The playground is horrible.

What were you paid for that review? Before you rent here. Drive through it after 4:30 PM and day. But do yourself a favor and rent a car to do so.
