Nice, spacious apartment; well maintained

Years at this apartment: 1981 - 2001
We've lived in Glenwood for appx. 20 years. My only "vices" are that we would like a new kitchen and dishwasher. These items are put in for new tenants, but not for tenants who have been here, unless you "know someone", I am told.
Also, speed bumps (or consistent radar traps) are desperately needed for Appletree Lane by the children's park. This is an accident waiting to happen. It is especially dangerous during the 5:00 p.m. "rush hour" by the people working in the offices located on White Oak. The speed limit is 25 MPH, but I've clocked some at 50!!!
Other than the above, as far as apartments go, Glenwood is about the nicest around. Thanks.
