I would recommend Glenwood. The rent for the 2-bedroom units is not bad. The rooms are spacious and there are 2 full bathrooms. Additionally, all porches / balconies are large and most are enclosed. Finally, all of our neighbors were very friendly without being annoying.

There isn't much storage space in the kitchen, though. Also, the mailboxes are small and outside of the units. Finally, they could do more work to fix up the apartments before new tenants come in (e.g., bathroom caulking, better paint job).

Overall, I recommend living here. The area is nice and growing.
