I like this apartment for the spacious floor area and ample storage space. It is clean and well kept outside. Nice and friendly neighbors. We feel safe here since security make regular rounds at night. My only problem is the sound proofing of the apartment, we stay at the lower floor apartment and we could hear almost everything from our upstair neighboors, floors squeeking, and when they use the shower or flush their toilet you could here rumble sounds from water pipes. We are tolerant of noise though since we have 2 kids, i'm sure if we got upstair rooms we would be receiving a lot of complains.
