Nice But Noisy

The one bedroom apartment is spacious and has lots of storage. The only problem is the insulation and construction is poor, so you can hear everything from the surrounding units. Some neighbors have common courtesy, others don't, and blare their steros so loud the floors vibrate. I guess it all depends on your neighbors how well you will like it here.
