Good and Bad

Noise is a huge problem. I've lived in three different units in Glenwood and noise was always a problem. More so than other apartments in the area, the sound proofing is nonexistent. If you're lucky (and I was only once) your neighbors will be curteous and understand this.
Only live here if you can score an upstairs apartment. You have no idea how loud the squeaking floors are when people walk over your head. I just moved upstairs from a downstairs unit and it is so much nicer. Hardly anyone has wall to wall carpeting, and the hardwood floors are L O U D. Seriously, do not move into a downstairs apartment.
The apartments are spacious and the kitchens are new(er). The grounds are pretty. I love the back porches and the common yards.
If you can afford it, there are luxury apartments for around 1300 on Texas Road in Old Bridge. Also, if you are willing to forego the patios and common yards Pine Gate and Country Living (also in Old Bridge on Route 18) are similarly priced to Glenwood and are fully carpeted and newer.
