Because of the number of units it is almost impossible for the rental office to keep track or help with valid complaints. Glenwood apts. are nice, the office do the best that they can do. I think that the rental office may sometimes get annoyed as i'm sure it's not an easy job to deal with renting and tenant issues. People who have lived at Glenwood for many years around my area state that it is steadily going down hill. Because of the reasonable monthly rental cost it is sometimes worth putting up with loud creaking floors and bad (very bad) sound proofing. However because the rent is moderate I'm afraid some people try to get around policies for a 1 br and
manipulate getting 2-5 people to live in a 1 BR. Some people have no sense of common deceny. I know of situation where a couple have moved into a 1BR with 3/4 kids between them, they have manipulated the system by
claiming kids are seldom there. Now really, wouldn't any responsible party get a 2BR, not only out of a sense of fairness/decency to neighbors, but for the quality of the children lives. So.. your satisfaction can come down to the people who live near by you and their sense of decency/fairness/qualitylife.
