This place is a nightmare. Basically you are the mercy of your neighbor. If he/she walks at 1-2am in the morning (like my neighbor does), then just forget you will ever get to sleep. The floor creaks so much that you will feel that the guy is walking on your head. Management doesn't help much. They say buildings are 40 years old and there is nothing they can do about it.
If you want to live at this place better get use to wearing ear plugs 24 hrs. I bet you will still hear the floors creaking but it will be better.
Just can't wait to get out of this place. All I can say is make a smart decision and don't move to this place. This place is cheap but its not worth it esp. when you don't get any sleep at all.

If you occupy a downstairs unit make sure your(80%) area is covered with rugs/carpet. upstairs units can hear noise from downstairs discourteous occupants that do not adequately cover their floors and entertain into the wee hours of the morning.
