I have been here for the past 8 months.As such the apartment is not bad. It is fairly well maintained But Oh My God. The NOICE from the 2nd Floor. After coming to this apartment I lost 25% of sleep (Seriously I am logging my sleep time). We hear everything our upper floor neighbour does including their intimate times. Right now I am writing this early in the weekend morning and I got up because our neighbour got up early. Basically NOICE NOICE NOICE period. Do not come to this place.

you should of read the reviews before moving into that apartment, the 1st floor is noisy, the 2nd floor is quiet.
