I moved into Glenwood at the end of August 2008. Before moving in, I should have known there were going to be problems. In June when I first came to look at Glenwood,I was promised a August 1st move in. Only to be called in July and have them tell me I could not move in until October. I was furious, after calling the office and raising hell. Somehow a spot opened up for me to move in at the end of August. When we moved in, we did our walkthrough and noticed the AC was not working. We filed a ticket with maintenance and it is Now 11-20 and our AC is still not fixed. Luckily the heat was not broken and I hope it doesn't. Because god only knows how long it would take to get that fixed. Also we are missing a shelf from our refridgerator and one of the bars on the door is missing. I keep being told the part was not ordered but will be. Now, the last straw. My car was parked along the curb on my street, where other cars have been parked. I received notice that the car was going to be towed. But no phone number to be called. While inside trying to get ahold of someone to talk to about this my car was towed and the towing company now wants $200 to release the car to me. Glenwood, could care less that they had a car towed for no good reason. They simple said that it was not there problem. The ladies that work in the office are a bunch of C U Next Tuesdays. I would strongly suggest not to move in here. The rent is not even reasonable and there are no ammenities. I will most definitely not be renewing my lease here. You can see why the only have a 46% customer satisfaction rate. Which I am sure those pleasant ladies in the office are responsible for anything good being said about this place.
