Nice and cheap apartment

I moved here in Dec 2008 and for 4 months never had problem. Apartments are clean, spacious with gas stove, heat and hot water included in rent and plus 1 month free, great saving in winter. Plus ample parking space. Great place to live, if you want to save some money. And above all easy access to clean buses to NY daily commuters, I found NJ trains bit dirty.
