Starting to feel like I live in the Projects

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2009
When I moved in Glenwood 3 yrs ago it wasn't too bad but I will say over the past few years it has gone down hill.
Some of the tenents are real pigs! The kids hang out in the back of the apartments
and fight, scream and curse. Throw their garbage all over the parking lot at night.
You need to keep your central air on constantly just for peace and quiet.
Also, they say no pets' Funny I see people with dogs all the time.
The rent is not cheap so I don't understand how some of the trailer trash people can afford.
Must be welfare!
