I live on the first floor at Glenwood and am at my wits end with the noise from the second floor. All Glenwood Apartments have hardwood floors throughout, with the exception of tile or vinyl in the bath and kitchen. We are 'supposed' to cover our floors, but it doesn't seem like many do. ALL second floor units should be thoroughly padded and wall to wall carpeted because these old floors are terrible! The management office doesn't enforce this rule and unfortunately, the first floor tenants pay the price for their negligence. Needless to say, my next place will be on the top floor!
