If there is one apartment that you absolutely should not consider moving into, it is Madison Arms Apartments. In the year that I have been here, I have killed dozens of huge centipede-like bugs, had my car stolen, and nearly had my puppy attacked by a Pitbull. The place looked harmless when I moved in, but trust me, looks can be deceiving. As soon as I have some money saved up, I am outta here, especially since they are trying to jack my rent up to boot. Talk about a nice reward for surviving a year.....live elsewhere, you'll thank me....

Looks like their policy is "cats only". Not sure how it is you are able to have a dog.

I was just there looking at apartments (5/16). You're allowed cats and small dogs.
