I live here and just about everything he said is true, all be it tongue in cheek for some of the stuff that is said. The ONE BIG PROBLEM is if you are a good tennebt ib standing don't expect to have anything fixed right away (or ever like he posted). Management will say anything to keep from having to take care of tennebts already living here because that stops them from fixing up empty apartments that they can rent for more money then you're paying. I guess they figure if you get upset enough you'll move abd then they can rent your apartment for much more. To be honest with you i like it here... it's just when a problem does pop up (water, electric, flooding) they seem to reather deny the problem until you get mad and either get a lawyer or start going "over there heads" and talking to the owners.
One thing they should do is hire more help... and the help should be trained to fix things and not taught how to come up with excuses!
