I've been living in Madison arms since July of 2007. My apartment is nice, new everything, except the wood floors. The walls aren't the greatest but, I've seen much worse. The grounds are nice, very shaded. Mosquitos are an issue in summer months. Those who get silverfish, roaches, and mice need to clean up after themselves once in awhile to avoid inviting pests. There are dogs in the neighborhood, but are always leashed. I've had a pretty nice stay here so far.

no offense but that place is just about 2 steps away from being a trailer park. the "rules" only apply to certain tenants and don't try to get anything really fixed because it will never happen. don't get me wrong the job will be started but never completely finished. and when you call about an issue they all go round and round pointing fingers at each other. moving into madison arms was the worst decision i ever made. but it did teach me what to look for and to GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING. they all lie.

I guess the place is ok for divorced men who present themselves as rich but are really filing bankruptcy. Don't trust the handsome men with company credit cards and ex wives with pools and corner lots with whom they pretend not to have married.
