my roommate and i have been living in the apartment since february and at first the apartment seemed nice there were a few things wrong that we were told would be fixed and they never were. if you need something fixed no matter how many times you asked it still wont get done. the company that handles the money is careless and even if you have a paper trail theyre too lazy to go to the post office to pick up money that is owed, your rent will be considered late because they dont cash your checks until the 7th of every month when they tell you its due the 1st. i dont recomment this complex to anyone. they tell you verbally that you may have a dog even though the lease says no, but will threaten to evict you if you have one even though everyone else in the complex has dogs and cats.

I've lived here for years... Dogs will cost you (or did 5 years ago or so) $10.00 extra on your monthly rent And cats (since they are indoor animals and keep away mice are free. As for your problem with the rent... It goes to a P.O. box number and is picked and deposited on the 5th of each month (look at your canceled check). Send it before or on the 1st of the month and you should have no problem. Sounds to me that you may be "edging your bet" on when you send it in and are missing the 5 day grace period by a couple of days.

I live in another complex "managed" by the same people...what they've said sounds right on with how they are here.

i agree with this 100% i live here now and im trying every way possible to get out of the lease i never had so many problems. its horrible here. i moved in thinking everything was fine , few problems they had said it will all be fixed. well it wasnt i waited for screens for about 4 months , we have bugs in the house i still havent gotten a door nob for the front door theres leaks in my house everything is just wrong so i would NOT recommended anyone moving here.
