Terrible Managment and Workers

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002
 
We live in a two-bed room and it could freeze you in winter especially when it is cold outside.

The management'-- couldn't be worse!!! They refuse to fix the problem , they yell at you , keep threatening you whenever you have different opinion with them.

Workers'---even worse!!!......terrible experience!!!!!!!
