All the comments about cheap finish, spray, bad lighting, parking and snow removal are true. But to be fair, you get what you paid for. It's hard to get a cheaper place around central New Jersey.
As for the management, I'd rather call them uncouthed instead of rude. Of course don't expect them to greet you like waiters in 5 star hotel, but they got things done. I locked myself out twice and wasn't charged though the lease said 30 bucks. I called for repairment twice and all were promptly done.
I broke my lease and gave them only 4 days notice(job change out of state), they were unhappy but only charged half month rent for the fee. So it's not all bad.
I won't recomend it if you got alot of money, but if you are not rich and picky consider it.
