Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
The day I moved in my air was broken, my balcony door fell off. Second day and one shower later the downstairs tentant knocks on my door and tell me my shower is leaking now his ceiling is falling down. what a nightmare. I moved out they fixed the so called shower 4 times and it still leaks. Don't do it the experience was awful. I could hear the tenant downstairs walk the walls are so thin.
