We've been living there for the last 5 years. In the beginning it was OK, but the situation got worse, prompting us to speed up our plans to move out.

The good:
- pretty reasonable rent
- good location

The bad:
- walls are thin, you WILL hear everything. We lived on the first floor and the flooring in the apartment upstairs was creaking and squeaking so loud we had to sleep with earplugs on.
- if your apartment faces one of the inside courtyards, expect lots of kids playing outside and screaming all day long when they're not in school. Maybe you like it, we didn't.
- old fixtures and appliances, bad paint jobs, walls are paper-thin, if you push them harder, they break.
- the apartment is either too hot or too cold. Lately it was mostly too cold. They will keep it at around 68-70 degrees, as per the lease contract, but if you prefer higher temperatures you're out of luck. Guess they realized they can save money in fuel bills since this is recent (it used to be comfortable in the beginning).
- you will have to call several times for any repair that's not critical.
- they are very inflexible when it comes to the term of the lease.
- there is not enough parking space for all the cars there, and you don't have assigned spots, so if you come home late you might have to drive around looking for a parking spot that might be far away from your apartment.

Bottom line is if you have a better choice, go for it.
