Not brand new but very nice.

I am a single mom and have lived here at Madison Gardens for three years.
I have never had any problems here. It's very safe and quiet and that means alot to me.
It's not a new complex but they are well-maintained. The supers are always there and I have had no problems at all with the girls in the office.
