I have lived in this complex for over 14 years. All the reviews are basically true. This use to be an excellent place to live; however the place is 1/2 step above the trailer park. The heat use to be excellent -- not anymore. The office support staff use to be excellent --- unfortunately they are very rude and clueless. The owner takes nasty pills 5x a day. The maintenance crew -- some are rude, however I have one of the two best maintenance persons on the beat. The only reason I stay is because of my longevity here -- the rent is very cheap. Another problem is the neighbors feeds the wild life [cats, birds, and anything else that moves near the wooded areas].

Unbelievable that you call review this place as a half step above a trailer park and yet you've lived there for 14 years!!! I guess you like being trailer trash!!!

No, I live here because after 14 years my rent was very inexpensive and allowed me to complete my graduate studies. Besides, an individual does not have to be a product of its environment. The truth is the statements that I made, as well as the other individuals are factual.

apartmentdeweller's review is accurate. Seems like the crew over at the rental office finally got a clue and created a pseudonym - "mickey2005". "mickey2005" obviously works for the rental office. People aren't stupid, mickey, now get back to work!
