Freshly Painted Apartments, YES! BY A SPRAY GUN! EVERYTHING INCLUDING THE BATHROOM DOOR WAS PAINTED SHUT! I HAD TO CHISEL MY WAY IN THE FIRST NIGHT TO RELIEVE MYSELF!

MAITAINCE PEOPLE, YES, IF YOU HAVE A 6-PACK THEY WILL COME! OTHERWISE YOU WILL WAIT AND WAIT AND WAIT IF YOU NEED THEM TO FIX ANYTHING!

OFFICE STAFF. YES HELPFUL IF YOU GET THEM DUNKIN DONUTS!

PARKING' IS GREAT FOR PEOPLE WHO HAVE A BIKE! OTHERWISE YOU WILL HAVE TO PARK DOWN BY LOWE'S!

Air, YES Old Crappy AC Units From 1950's Only if you Repeatedly Complain that your AC Unit is BAD And Actually DOSE NOT BLOW ANY AIR (EVEN WARM AIR) WILL THEY REPLACE IT!

NIGHT TIME LIGHTING - MY PORCH LIGHT IS ON ABOUT 7 DAYS OF THE MONTH! THE OTHER 3 WEEKS BRING A FLASHLIGHT TO GET IN!

It couldn't have been that bad, you lived there for 4 years! If it was so horrendous why didn't you call the Board of Health or the Twp. Building inspector? Probably because you you broke your lease and didn't receive your security deposit back so now you have and axe to grind!!!

No, I DO NOT have an AX to grind, I Am just stating the facts. I did not break my lease, I had to live here for 4 years just for the convenience of the locality of the apartments to my work, But if I had to do it over again I would drive further to goto a nicer home. (Bigger & More Pleasant)
