All I can say is, Don't Do It! The apartments are painted with a spray gun and they go over all doorknobs, lightswitches, etc. Cheapest, flattest, most unflattering paint is used to cover crumbling walls (if you're lucky enough get nails in). Air conditioning units, terrible. Very old, don't work well. Management will not replace. Cannot regulate heat; tropics in the winter - worse in the summer! Kitchen floor is from the year it was built (I would imagine) and is coming up in areas! Stoves are from around the 1980s - that lovely gold color! They claim in ads new kitchens and bathrooms (gold stove and ancient floor new -NOT!) Management personell - the worst. Cannot break lease under any circumstances (I was told unless you or your spouse dies!) Will not work with you; actually yell at you and won't let you speak. Constantly threaten with "legal action" and will do it! If you are looking for a hellish experience, go for it! Don't say you weren't warned!!!!
